Fennel/Progesterone/Conceiving

 I am 43 years old and have been trying to conceive for 2 years.  Also did ivf a couple of months ago where 2 embryos were put in me, but did not make it....negative pregnancy test.  I also am flat chested (32 A) and recently affects me in a detrimental way so I recently started taking Breast Actives pills and cream. I take one in morning and one at night and massage the cream in once a day.   I have been taking them for 17 days. They ingredients are fenugreek, fennel, dong quai, blessed thistle, dandelion, watercress,  l-tyrosine.  I would be about 5 days past ovulation right now.  I am concerned that my temperature is not rising.  I have been reading that fennel is a progesterone blocker.  Have I messed myself up?  Am I out this month for becoming pregnant or is there something I can do?  i have progesterone cream i got from vitamin shop and some leftover progesterone pills from when I did IVF. Should I use them? PLEASE HELP!!!

Thank you so much for any help and advice you are willing to give me.  I am so sick of myself right now. Men should be ashamed of themselves for sexualizing breasts so much And making women feel bad if they don't have large ones!
