Any moms with a partner who travels for work?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 6 years and we have two children. He works in sales now and he has been offered a position to travel for work for more money. He wants to take the position as the sales is wearing him out. He leaves at 5-6 am in the morning and isn't home till 8-9 pm at night. He won't be home 5 days out of the week. Our boys are 1 year old and 4 months and doing it alone at home is hard already. How do you do it? Do you have any advice? I'm a little bit of an emotional mess inside but trying to keep strong for the boys.
