glucose test!?

So i went in for my 3 hour glucose test and i started getting a belly ache right before the 3rd hour i finish and was driving back to work then i had to stop my car cuz i got nauses and had to throw up my belly ache kept getting worst, was it cuz i hadnt ate? Or cuz of the test? Woke up at 5:30 got to the clinic at 7 started my test at 8 and my lost blood thung was at 11 didnt eat tell 12 something. And was it bad that i threw up?
