Anyone's tech miss twins the first U/S?

Has anyone found out they were having twins at a later ultrasound? Just curious. I feel huge for 16weeks. My last u/s was at 8 weeks

I found out possible twins at 6 weeks and definite twins at 8 weeks. Trust me, if they're there they won't miss them.

No, if they told you there is only one baby, then there is only one especially that far along.

They usually don't miss a twin at 8 weeks... especially bc heartbeat is strong at this stage so if there was a second heartbeat they would be able to determine in the first ultrasound :)
