If your partner's friends and family told you that your partner is in love with you would you believe ? 

I don't know if it's wrong to question if my partner see me as his future wife but lately his brother been telling me that my partner wants to marry me and his friends been telling me he loves me and go the extra miles for me but lately things hasn't been going well with us I am currently pregnant with his first baby boy and he as been acting lazy and lacking communication with me, but recently he got a tattoo of my name on his marriage finger.... All of these stuff seems weird because things don't add up ! help am I over analyzing?
