why heart broken

Yesterday I had some brown bleeding today some red bleeding went to the hospital and was told I had a miscarriage and that the baby was only showing to be 6 weeks 4 days but at my drs the last scan she said I was 7 weeks 4 days and had a heartbeat I don't understand any of this I've had 2 heathy babies before this why now and why me I'm heartbroken can't stop crying and how I have to wait to see a dr to see why to do next cus I haven't passed the baby
