He's Teresa Gudice's husband from Real Housewives of New Jersey. They were found guilty of fraud and he's currently serving out his sentence.

He has a DUIs and used false ID to impersonate a citizen and a legal driver. After all that he was still living here. He never applied for citizenship and committed federal fraud. 
   
I don't know why we wasted money on him in our system at all. If what he did was truly an oversight, I would say he should have been offered the opportunity to apply for citizenship after he paid all the restitution, fines, court costs, community service, and completed an alcohol program at his expense.

If it only effected him I would say yes. But he has 4 daughters that need a father even if he is a drunk meatball. 🤷🏻‍♀️

He should be deported. He's committed numerous crimes and stole his brothers identity. All the years he's live in America with all of the money they had or have he should've became a citizen at the least. They both received less punitive sentences because they're talentless "celebrities."

Well when you apply for citizenship and become a citzen your citzenship can be revoked For committing felony crimes and if the country in which you come from agrees to let you come then you face deportation... 
if he came here as a child he could’ve had a good lawyer argue that he highly believed that he had citizenship being as he been in the country since being a child...
But I think once you start committing crimes you should be either jailed and/or deported depending on the nature of the crime (ex rape murder (not in self defense) robbery (armed or not) and any abuse on children,elderly and your spouse)
