I need to lose this weight. Any help appreciated
Im 5 ft 5 and 214lbs. I wanna be about 170-185lbs in that range. How many minutes on the elliptical and how many days a week will i need to be on it to lose weight? I was counting calories but im sick of doing that. I estimate im eating anywhere between 1700-2200 calories a day. I feel like unless i really work hard the weight doesnt even budge half a pound.
I have 4 kids under 8 and im sure my metabolism has slowed. How can u speed it up?
I still look pregnant! My youngest is 17 months
