back pain?

Does anyone get really bad back pain after labor ?! Mine is really bad it comes & goes im 11w pp! It's worse than the labor pain for me! & i also vomit. Anyone have this too?!

I haven't had children but I do know that post-labor pain is a bitch 😞 I hope you feel better soon!

I had c section 2 weeks back and even now I have severe back pain often. If I have proper sleep then I feel normal for few hours. Try taking bath in hot water and have a good sleep it will make u feel better
