Need advice on what my goal should be

Since having my baby I've worked hard to lose the baby weight and then some as I was overweight before. I'm 5'6" and was 172 before I got pregnant. Right before I had my baby I topped out around 190. I'm currently 145 but I feel like I'm having dysmorphia....I don't feel all that great and I do want to lose more but I'm stalling out. I think a big part of it is not having an actual goal because I have no idea what my ideal weight would be. Any recommendations or opinions are appreciated. My husbands not a great source for encouragement because he says I always look good to him 🤦🏼‍♀️
