Low Progesterone Anyone?

Question

Anyone still get a temp spike with very low Progesterone? I just found out today that my Progesterone is very low (0.9 tested 8dpo), but I had a temp spike on cycle day 15. I read online that anything less than 5 means likely you did not ovulate. So if that's the case - what would cause my temp to spike and stay up for several days? Any info? Anyone have a similar experience? Thanks in advance.

Also even if you have low progesterone, you will still get a rise in temps BC before ovulation the current hormone is estrogen, that will be high. After ovulation, estrogen decreases BC you released the egg and progesterone takes over. So even if you are low it will still go up higher than it was and raise your bbt. It just might not be high enough to sustain s pregnancy and that's why you may need support.

Honestly, it looks like you ovulated Sunday. Your temps def went up day after and stayed up three days after above your cover line. The dip in your bbt could be implantation. Its right around the time that would occur (7/8dpo). What do your charts look like now? Did you test? You can also take progesterone suppositories. I take endometrin. Baby dust! 😊
