I Don't Get It

So I went to an ultrasound and they also did a 4d ultrasound today and the tech said my babys in position already , but with the pictures we got she looks like shes laying straight across I don't get it , is that just how it comes out ? Because she put the thingy on the bottom of my belly and said her head is down there and that her legs are below my breasts lol
