NEED HELP

Ladies I need serious help my periods late which is weird and EVERYTHING hurts I mean everything I'm not acting like my normal self and I was just sitting in my living room working on my bros b - day card when I started to feel nauseous then my throats felt like I swallowed a knife so I tried drinking waiter which didn't work just hurt and made me more nauseous now my throats burning I have been feeling this way for about three days and I have a serious feeling something's wrong with me I need advice please
