Dates?

Im 16, almost 17. Im going to be starting my junior year of hs this year and ive literally never had a boyfriend. I mean i have loads of platonic friendships with boys but ive never been in a romantic relationship. I know its super trivial but everyone i know is dating somebody for months and i havent even had my first kiss yet, and it kinda results in low self esteem. Idk what i expect ppl to say..? I never really put much attention to this and i dont really know how to be "attarctive" ....so any advice would be incredibly helpful. Thanks!
