I know this has no connection to periods but I just need help. My eczema is getting really bad and the medicines my dermatologist prescribed are not helping. Does anybody have any tips on how to help with the bleeding and itching? It's worse than ever. 😭

Is it anywhere else??? Or just on that one bit of arm??....seems a little too intense to just be eczema?

My eczema is very strongly effected by allergies to foods, detergents, etc. I'd recommend switching to fragrance free everything, use dr bronners Castille soap instead of regular body wash, and start eliminating major allergens from your diet for a couple weeks at a time to see if it improves.

I use tea tree oil on my son long with lemongrass whipped Shea butter...
