ingrown pubic hair scars

Soo I have ingrown hair scars and I've been trying to get rid of them for ages now and they don't seem to be going away. Another probably is that I normally pluck the hairs out (idk if that's just me..) and then sometimes it goes away. But its just very addicting to pluck out the ingrown hairs. Idk how to stop and I wanna get rid of the scars but I've tried everything 😭😭.
