8 months and still breast feeding?!

I'm still breastfeeding my daughter and have an ok stash in the freezer! I'm trying to keep up but she's nursing less and less and if I don't pump at night my milk drastically decreases. Long story short I'm exhausted and don't feel like I can keep up much longer... Any tips/tricks

I nurse my daughter first and last thing each day. Other than that, she now gets bottles that are a mix of formula and a little bit of defrosted BM. She was EBF for 6 months but my supply can't keep up with her anymore!

I love feeding and nothing would make me stop, but each has to do what they need too! Some days she eats lots, other days not as much so my supply is up and down do what's right for you 👍🏻
