I have an eating problem...
I am 5"5', 5"6' and weight 180-185 lbs. I want to get down to 135 to 140 lbs. But I have a problem, I dont like many healthy foods. I am a texture eater and had this problem since I was little. Wouldn't eat so I became anorexic. I do eat now just not healthy foods. If it is a weird texture I will throw up, if it smells weird I will throw up, if it looks bad I will throw up and health foods aren't on my good eating list. I also don't have a lot of money so I cant go and spend 100 on 1 week worth of meals. I live with my husband so he is providing for the both of us. I HAVE to loose weight. I am always tired and feel horrible. I have a bad knee so it the weight strains it. Please someone help me, If anyone is like me and really picky please tell me how to loose my weight also how to loose it budget friendly. Any tips and tricks will GREATLY be appreciated. Thank you in advance!!
