Can I ever get that body I want??

So I went online and found a pic that is relatable to what my body looks like and I am amazed! Lol I dont like putting myself on the internet so I found the pic. It looks like my body, same stretch marks and all! But is it even possible for me to ever have a flat tummy when I look like this?? If so how long will it even take? I just need to love myself..

Weight loss is pretty much just a huge mental game. You're constantly battling with yourself to make good decisions, have self control and stay motivated. You're going to fail a lot along the way... it's inevitable... happens to everyone. You just need the strength to continue though. Try the keto diet (high fat diet). Most likely you can but you will have to make permanent changes to your life and probably wait years to see desired results. As far as said changes, you'll have to find what works for you. Looking at your family for clues is a good start but research is important and it ultimately depends on you as an individual.

But first, teach yourself to be happy with yourself. It will make your journey easier. Make a list of all the things you do like about yourself (not just looks) and add to it when you think of something new. Wear make up more often or less, whichever makes you more confident. Try to wear/obtain clothes that fit if possible. At the worst moments take comfort in that you're normal and not alone. Your goal is very very common.
