TMI is this poop ok? 3 month old.
So my son has pooped 4 times today and puked probably 4 dozen. He is a reflux baby and often doesn't poop more than once a day or every other day. But this was weird looking poop for him! He has no fever but maybe a tummy bug? Should I be worried?
