SOOOO ITCHY 😭😱

I woke up one morning and my vagina was just so unbearably itchy!! I can't stand it and I HAVE to scratch. I know it can't be stds so that's not even an option. I feel like it's a yeast infection?? What do I Do to relieve the itchiness and pain before I get a chance to see a doctor? Please help!
