Had Mirena inserted a month ago and need help

For a month straight now I have been bleeding. At first it was spotting than went really heavy with lots of clots then it would go back to spotting than back to heavy bleeding. After I have sex I would bleed and there is slight pain (different type of blood after sex, you can tell the difference instead it would be light coloured blood and spotting rather than the dark colour I'm getting daily) and now I feel like I am very moody and get angry very quick... I had to take the day off work today because I feel depressed and sick.

My gynaecologist did not book a follow up appointment which I thought was weird and also when I try to call him there is no service anymore... I'm very concerned...

What should I do? Is this normal? Not sure if Mirena agrees with me...
