PLEASE HELP :(

so me and my man had real intense sex and i think he tore me bc it's bleeding a little and we fucked harrrrrd and i sort of feel queasy, and i'm also being really paranoid about my period and feeling queasy bc i'm supposed to have it in a few days but i had unprotected sex a few days ago (he did not cum inside me and i am on the pill) but idk ladies, what will help with the queasiness and what will help with the tear?? and is there anything i can do to help it go away or help ease the pain!!!?! PLEASE HELP:((
