Question

I don't know where to ask this. But today is my last day of AF. And I don't really bleed on the last day. It's just mostly the dried up brown blood stuff and there's usually not a lot of it.

I am going swimming later today. I can't use tampons. So what other suggestions do you have to do so nothing leaks through or stains?

First I am going to see if there's anything on my pad later today, and if there what can I do?
