I don't think it is newborn rash/acne. That went away and about a week later this showed up and it's so much worse than that.

i was gonna say allergic reaction too. do you wash yours and hers clothes in the same laundry soap?

Looks like baby acne breast milk rubbing in on the face should take away. However do you contact her doctor just in case

Does your baby sweat or get hot really easily? My baby used to sweat in her sleep, and she had a rash just like this that would get worse and worse. It's cleared up now that we run the air really low and try to keep her inside on hot days. But anytime she sweats or gets hot she'll break out just like that. It could be a heat rash!

My sons acne was this bad. It's so sad. Mustella foaming soap helped us.
