Tummy time struggles 😒

Does anyone have any tips that I haven't already tried to help me get my two month old to do tummy time for more than a minute!!!???

I started trying tummy time literally probably a day after bringing him home from the hospital. He's never liked it. We have one of the play mats (apparently the bright colors dont make him enjoy it), I tried putting him on his boppy on his belly so he can see more, i lay with him and talk to him, I trying to play with toys to distract him. Nothing is working and I am afraid he will end up slacking and falling behind in that aspect of his development.

He holds his head very well when holding him upright but for some reason when I try tummy time even when he's actually not crying for a minute he just lays his head on his arms.

Please someone help!
