First kicks??

I just wondering when you felt the first real distinctive kick? I'm 18 weeks and 1 day and although I 'think' I've felt movement as it's my first baby I'm not entirely sure. It felt so strange a little bit like a trapped nerve in my tummy or a very quick fluttering.
I just can't wait to feel a real kick so that I know my beautiful boy is ok and I just know from that minute my anxiety level will drop massively💙💙💙💙

I felt vibrations....like I swallowed a cell phone on vibrate, at around 18 weeks. I kept wondering about it. by 22 weeks it was clear movements and I was certain what I had been feeling before was baby.

Around 15 weeks I started feeling like something was tapping their finger on the inside of my stomach. I honestly didn't think it was the baby because you always hear about "flutters".. but the tapping got stronger and I realized it was definitely the baby. Don't worry.. at 38weeks you can feel the babies whole leg roll across your belly and you will for sure know it's moving 😂

I started feeling flutters around then. They will get more distinct and stronger in a few weeks!

I didn't feel anything till 22 weeks and it was flutters, no distinct kick. I'm 26 weeks now and while they are more frequent, to me I only feel flutters no 💥that was kick! I am overweight and they say that makes it harder to feel it when the fetus is still small. No one else can feel anything yet either if they put their hand on me. I think it depends on your height, your starting weight and what your weight is currently, if you had gained or lost and the shape your uterus is taking on if your bump is going more up and down at the stage or more out. It's not until at least 24-25 weeks when the fetus starts to fill out the space in your uterus, even then there is still more than enough room for them so they could be doing summer salts and you'd never know. Try to be patient, it will happen. 😊🤰🏻🤷🏻‍♀️👍🏻👶🏼
