Late but negative tests

So my husband and I have been trying for 5 months for baby #2. I had nexplaon removed 5 months ago and I'm thinking it might be the cause of some wacky periods. I'm 3 days late this month and I feel pregnant. My boobs hurt, tingle, and I even had leaking. I stopped breastfeeding in Jan and I completely dried up within a month. I have light cramps and pressure. Been extremely tired and my appetite has decreased just like before I found out I was pregnant with my daughter. I have tried SO many different tests and they are all negative. Expect one last night that had a vvvvvvfl that my hubby pointed out. Clearblue digital said no though this morning. I'm frustrated. I am not sure if I should even keep buying tests to take or when I should make an appointment with my doctor.
