Okay so I have this crush on this new coworker and I have a feeling he likes me too. We kinda flirt a little here and there but what if it's just in my head & he's just friendly? I just want get out of that awkward what if stage & just be straightforward but what if he doesn't like me and things get weird at work??. Any suggestions or advice??

Personally, I don't really think it's a good idea to date co workers, because if It doesn't work out it's definitely gonna be wierd at work lol. BUT if you still wanna find out I would just try to hang out with them out of work to see how they act. Usually you can tell if they wanna be more than friends by how they act in a personal setting. Faster route: Just ask :) I'm not really good at giving advice but i hope this helps lol
