I'm being kept from my boyfriend...

My boyfriend and I are really extremely close and I love him so incredibly much, but this summer he has had to leave for weeks at a time and now that he's finally coming back we were planning on spending all day Sunday together and seeing each other as much as possibly during the week. Even though my parents were fully aware of these plans they have decided that we are taking a "family trip" which means we are driving down to the cities to discuss my future because I am in art school and they want me to be in college. I live at home in the summer due to the fact that I can not stay in the same housing I do in the school year. we will be gone all day Sunday and Monday and the rest of the week I work early in the morning to late into the night. I'm just upset because they always do this and I feel like they're keeping me from him...
