anyone ever feel this way?

going through a bit if a rough patch right now... I feel really insecure that he doesn't care about me... but i know he does... he shows and tells me everyday but i just feel like he doesn't treat me right... which he does. my head is messed up and I'm bad at relationships. he's my first serious relationship and I love him a lot. I just wish I could have my brain realize it and not be dumb... be otherwise he is my best friend and the most amazing guy ever
