Greedy Baby😕

My son will be 3 weeks old tomorrow and he's consuming 4 oz every 2 to 3 hours. He eats so much he looks like he'll pop then 5-10 minutes later he cries for more and I hate to see him cry so I give him 1- 2 oz more and the he so full he's miserable and soon after he throws up. Should I just let him cry knowing that he's well fed and full or keep over stuffing him like a thanksgiving turkey?
