Scared of needles

Im supposed to go get my blood drawn for them to run tests today but I'm super scared. The last time I did I passed out. I really want to pass on this but it has something to do with my pregnancy. Yesterday I was literally freaking out and the phlebotomist basically didn't want to do it. I don't think I've ever had anxiety about anything until it came to needles. I literally felt my heart pounding yesterday. How do I get over my fear? I know it has to be done be these test need to be ran but my fear is overriding everything right now.
