Is it offensive to ask for another customer service representative because you can't understand their accent?
You're on the phone with a customer service representative. The person they connect you to has a crazy thick accent that you have serious difficulty understanding. Is it wrong to ask to speak to someone who has a clearer accent/voice?
I'm really curious to see your opinions! I recently had this happen to me and I struggled throughout the whole phone call and eventually ended up getting nothing done because I couldn't understand what the guy was saying.
