FTM question

Hi everyone, I have a 1 week old and recently noticed that the past two dirty diapers have been a different consistency than the previous ones. I am breast-feeding only and prior to today all of his dirty diapers have been normal breastmilk poop. This morning though the poop is the same color but it sticks to him and it sticks to the diaper. It's definitley a different consistency - thicker and stickier but still not solid?? If that makes sense??

Does anyone know why this could be happening??
