17 & pregnant but happy

Raylene • 17 & expecting Jan '18 👶🏻

i'm 14 weeks pregnant and im 17 years old, which yes it is very young but instead of mourning and being depressed like i was in the beginning weeks i have came to love it, children are blessings and i know so many mamas are out here trying and im here blessed. my family and boyfriend's family are beyond excited and are super supportive all they ask from us to finish school (i'm going into my senior year and he just graduated) well i posted a picture on my instagram hinting/announcing i was expecting and theres this app called sarahah where people can send anonymous messages and i began getting some very hateful comments (ex. your baby is gonna be ugly, youre so stupid for getting pregnant at this age, etc) and those messages do not bother me one bit because i am the one having the baby not them, and saying my baby will be ugly is just rude but there's some amazing people who support me and i know teen pregnancy isn't ideal but it happened and my child is a miracle. my family is excited his family is excited but i understand that not everyone is up for it but i mean it's me pregnant not them. i was wondering if there's anymore teen/young moms and you guys got hate how did you deal with it, was online hate and hate in person different? (i start school august 15 when i'm 16 weeks and idk if people will be rude to my face so i'd like some advice in case that throws me off a bit) i'm sorry if this doesnt make sense i'm just in a happy place and it confuses me why people who aren't in my life would hate so much
