Company won't leave

My husbands brother has been staying with us for three weeks 😒 I've been hinting to him forever that this is way too long without being upfront about it because I don't like confrontation, I'm really getting annoyed because we have kids and he's waking them up at night and were on a budget and I'm tired of stretching my dollar from feeding so many people to plus that now, what am I suppose to do just bust out and say it because I'm passive aggressive and I don't wanna build up emotions, and we haven't had sex in these weeks either! I'm not comfortable doing it with folks in the house hhhh, any advice

P.s he has a job and place and car he's just here because our place is closer to his job
