Colposcopy while pregnant! Help.

During my Pap smear before I got pregnant, I had Pap smear and the doctor said they found "slight" change to my cervix. They scheduled me after 4 weeks from that check up. But just after 2 weeks, we found out we're Pregnant. I called the doctor to inform them, and they said they'll postpone my colposcopy, instead checked my pregnancy. ( I had a history of ectopic, to rule it out I'm seeing them at 7w) after my 7w check up they wanted to see me again after 2 week for a follow up check up... fast forward the doc said that it's not affecting the baby's growth. I'm so worried still but she's not that worried. I'll be 16w on my colposcopy appointment.

Anyone had this experience? Can you tell me about it please. I would appreciate it to lessen my worries.
