Copper IUD

After months of researching and asking other women about it, I finally got the paragard yesterday!!! It hurts, don't get me wrong, but I'm hopeful that in the next week my cramps will die down and I'll be back to my normal self. Been on ibuprofen consistently since about an hour before my appointment and I've been taking it easy with Netflix and a heating pad since I got home :)

Any advice/comments/words of encouragement out there? I'll take questions too!
