Liletta IUD - Still bleeding into month 6

So I got my IUD mid February of this year, and I normally had irregular periods before the IUD, then they got regular and lighter after insertion... this past month I had a longer period, then I ended up getting clear discharge for a few days expelling almost all day, and like 5 days ago my period started again? I honestly don't know what's going on, but I don't know if it's because I'm a bigger girl or anything, but it scares me so much. Please help?
