Birth control pill, sore nipple/breast, pregnant?

Hi ladies, I am on my second birth control pill pack (I have taken all my pills perfectly), and recently I have been experiencing sore breasts and one burning nipple. My boyfriend and I had engaged in manual sex the first day after my beginning of the pill pack (he may have had some of his pre ejaculate on his finger). I am tremendously fearful of becoming pregnant, but could these breast symptoms be due to pregnancy or my second month on the pill?
