Getting the IUD tomorrow...

Hi 😊 I am new to this so I do apologise. Tomorrow I'm getting the copper IUD fitted on the NHS. I'm quite nervous and have so many questions like what to expect and what side effects anybody has had. Is it safe to have sex afterwards? Do the NHS do a good job of fitting it? How long dues it usually take? Please, if you have the IUD or have had it please help me feel a little less nervous for it!
