Heroin whilst pregnant

(Please serious answers and nothing negative)

I currently found out I was 8 weeks pregnant, my period is always out of whack hence why it took me 8 weeks to realise..

But I used heroin twice in those 8 weeks, I wouldn't say I am an addict as I rarely do this, I have only done it 7 times this year and I am super worried!!! I can't stop crying because I don't know if I have harmed my baby in any way!! If anyone who has any information on this please let me know. I didn't use much the two times but I am still worried as hell!!!
