Is this discrimination???? What would you do?

I arranged a meeting with my course leaders to discuss the fact that I want to finish my degree whilst pregnant and I was super shocked at their responses.

One of my course leaders said to me that I'd 'probably struggle academically because pregnant women get preggo brain which makes them dumb' and basically said I wouldn't do as well as others in my classes.

I feel like this was totally out of line but I don't know if I'm just being sensitive about it or what? I mean he's made me even more determined to get my degree and prove him wrong but I think that's just something that shouldn't be said!

What do you think? What would you have done/do in this situation?
