Hidradenitis suppurativa

I have what's called Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). For those who don't know, it's when your sweat glands don't filter out properly so they easily become infected causing painful chronic cysts & boils. It's quite embarrassing & I actually went almost my whole life undiagnosed because I was too embarrassed to ask a doctor about it. But when I finally sought help around age 15 I was on medication to help prevent the cysts. I stopped a year before falling pregnant because it had really cleared up & I wasn't having flare ups. Now that I'm pregnant I noticed that my HS is flaring up. I'm getting cysts all around my breasts & underarm areas no matter how strict my hygiene routine is. Has anyone else with HS notice a flare up due to their pregnancy?
