love and sex

please advice!!

I'm 20 and I met this guy like 4 months ago who is 22. I find him very attractive and I think I've got feelings for him..not love per se but given the right circumstances,it could be.ive told him this. he was honest with me, and said he likes me, but it's nothing special. he does want to sleep with me tho. I want that too. my sex drive has been crazy for a long while now,but I'm a virgin and I've waited this long partly because I want to share it with someone who truly loves me and partly bc I'm religious. he's a great guy and hasn't pressured me since I told him this.its getting harder to not reconsider bc I do want him badly . should I give in for just once?
