Hair Salons close by
Does anyone know of any great hair salons that you'd give at least a rank of 4 or 5 stars that are in Pennsylvania? Preferably near York,PA or near Red Lion,PA but I would love to hear of any other place, too. I really want my hair done before school starts and I would love it if the prices were below $100
