Tired
I've been sooooo tired lately!! It's gotten to where I'm going to bed at 8 at night. I feel bad because my boyfriend is normally busy and can't call until 9 or 10 and I try to stay up until then because we fall asleep on the phone together since we can't actually fall asleep in each other's arms right now. I've noticed it's worse on the nights I'm upset and my depression is acting up. I've only just heard about depression napping and wondered if that's what I'm doing. Can anyone give me any advice about how to wake myself up more? Coffee is out of the question for me because it makes me sick to my stomach.
