Hands down the best baby shower gift I received was a rocking chair that swivels, leans back, and has a built in foot rest. Unfortunately I can not afford to buy something like this for someone else.

My husband has a complicated family situation and was recently reunited with his half sister. She has been an amazing support for my family and I'm so happy that my son has her as an aunt in his life. But she recently moved across the country! I want to get her a great baby gift! She has a four year old but he's not living with her right now. I don't understand the situation so I won't judge her. Since she's a second time mom but doesn't have any of her old baby stuff I just don't know what to get her! Especially with her across country. Any ideas? I want to show that I appreciate her and support her and want something extremely useful without breaking the bank. Any ideas? I could really use some!
