Anyone know their formulas??

Question

Right now I'm pumping and giving my daughter BM but unfortunately my supply is dropping and I've been supplementing with  the Supplementation formula by Similac. I'm thinking I might have to switch to just formula if my supply doesn't kick it in gear. Does anyone know of a formula that is just about the same as the a Supplementation one? She takes it so well and I don't wanna start from scratch. Tia
I'm not asking for BF help. I've talked with a lactation consultant, I've done everything I can. I'm simply asking about a formula.

you need to pump more to increase your supply
babies breastfeed on a demand to increase and or maintain supply basis
you pumping as per usual will not increase your supply
power pump or put baby to breast and allow baby to nurse nurse nurse in clusterfeeding pattern to increase your supply
the more formula you give the less your breasts will make milk unless you are pumping extra for each missed feed replaced with formula

look into the "magic number". basically every woman has a number of times they have to drain their breasts to keep supply up. It changes from woman to woman but ranges from about 5-9 times a day. if you continue to miss your number then your supply drops since it sends signals to the brain that the baby doesn't need as much.

Why do you want to switch the kind of formula?

My milk production dropped out too, and I was stressing out way too much trying to fight it for 4oz a day. So we switched to Similac Pro-advanced I like it because it has a probiotic as well to help keep her gut flora healthy and it has helped keep her having regular and normal BM's. Similac Advanced really slowed down her BM's and she seemed uncomfortable. That's just been our experience!
